Business Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to own the requirements for an AI-powered FAQ chatbot built for the banking sector. You'll gather, analyze, and document what the banks actually need, then work alongside the development team to get it built and integrated.

A large part of the role is content quality. You'll coordinate with VRNW and the participating banks to keep the FAQ content in the CMS accurate and current, and analyze user behavior and feedback so that response quality and accuracy keep improving after launch.

This is a stakeholder-facing role in a regulated environment. You'll communicate with both business and technical audiences, prepare project status reports, and support release planning and documentation while keeping everything compliant with banking regulation. The team works in Scrum.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banks as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with VRNW and the participating banks to maintain and assure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS.
• Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience, response quality, and accuracy.
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports.
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of releases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment.
• Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Fluent English and good German language skills.
• Nice to have: knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI, or FAQ systems.
• Nice to have: experience in the banking or financial services sector.
