Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for senior engineers to join our dedicated team engagements. You'll embed directly with a client team, typically for 6–24 months, working on greenfield products or scaling existing platforms end to end.

You'll move fluidly between a React/TypeScript frontend and a Node.js backend, making full-stack decisions rather than waiting for someone else to hand you a spec. Our clients value engineers who can own a feature from database schema to shipped UI.

This role suits someone who's done the dedicated-team model before, or wants to: close collaboration with a client's in-house engineers, product managers, and designers, with the autonomy of a senior IC.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack features spanning a React/TypeScript frontend and a Node.js backend.
• Make architectural decisions on greenfield products, or safely evolve existing platforms.
• Embed with a client's engineering team, participating in their planning, standups, and code review.
• Own features end to end — schema, API, UI, and the tests that keep it working.
• Mentor less experienced engineers on the team where relevant.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs directly to client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with React and Node.js in production environments.
• Strong TypeScript skills across the stack.
• Comfortable owning a feature end to end without heavy oversight.
• Experience working as an embedded/dedicated engineer within a client or partner team is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for direct client collaboration.
• Based in Serbia, available for remote-first work.
