DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the Role

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for high-traffic production systems. You'll own reliability, CI/CD, and observability across multiple client environments — often juggling several AWS accounts and Kubernetes clusters at once.

You'll write infrastructure as code with Terraform, build deployment pipelines that engineering teams trust, and be the person clients call when something in production needs a calm, competent response.

This role suits someone who likes systems thinking as much as hands-on troubleshooting — you'll be setting standards across client environments, not just following one company's existing playbook.

What You'll Do

• Design, provision, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters for high-traffic production workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let engineering teams ship confidently and often.
• Own observability — logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting — across multiple client environments.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for production issues.
• Advise client engineering teams on cost, security, and reliability best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience in production AWS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones.
• Solid grasp of observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for direct client collaboration.
• Comfortable owning reliability across multiple concurrent client environments.
